Ultimate Snow Race is in development. This policy describes the current Android test build and this website. We will update it if the released game's data practices change.

Game progress stays on your device
The game saves your current level, number of wins, best race time, and sound preference locally on your device. We do not upload this progress to a gameplay server. Races use computer-controlled opponents. The current game has no account registration, chat, or online multiplayer.
Advertising
The Android build includes Google AdMob for banner ads outside active races and optional rewarded videos that can provide extra starting snow. The current development build requests test ads on the Android emulator.
Google's Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect and share your IP address, app and ad interactions, diagnostic information, Android advertising ID, app set ID, and other device or account identifiers. An IP address may be used to estimate a general location. Google uses these data for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention. Ad requests need an internet connection.
Read Google's Privacy Policy and Google's Mobile Ads data disclosure for more information. Data sent by the SDK is encrypted in transit using TLS. Google controls its own retention and data handling.
This website
This static website does not run advertising SDKs, analytics scripts, tracking pixels, forms, or third-party font requests. It does not set application cookies or store visitor profiles. The hosting provider may process request information, including IP addresses, browser details, and timestamps, to deliver and secure the website.
Support messages
If you email us, we receive the email address and any information you choose to include. We use that information to answer your request and resolve the issue. Please avoid sending passwords or sensitive personal information. Support correspondence is retained only as needed to handle the request and related records.
Your choices and deletion
You can reset locally stored game progress by clearing the app's data in Android settings or uninstalling the game. Device backup settings may affect whether Android restores local data after a reinstall. Android settings also let you reset or delete your advertising ID. Contact us to request deletion of support correspondence we hold, subject to any required record retention. Google provides controls for information it processes in its own privacy settings.
Permissions and children
The game does not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone, or precise location. We do not ask players to enter an age or other personal details. Parents and guardians can contact us if they believe a child has sent personal information to our support address. Before the public release, advertising and audience settings will be configured for the game's intended audience and applicable requirements.
Sharing and security
We do not sell game progress or support correspondence. Advertising data is processed by Google as described above. Support or technical information may be handled by service providers used to deliver those services, or disclosed when legally required. We use reasonable measures to protect information we handle; no system guarantees absolute security.

Store and third-party links have their own privacy practices. This page will show an updated date when the policy changes. The App Store version is coming soon; any platform-specific differences will be described before its release.
